CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND ENERGY AUDIT
MatSolo will organise a meeting with the customer, and set up a site visit to better understand the needs and requirements of the customer and the project. We insist on an energy audit where a data logger is installed for a predefined time period ensuring that the designed system, will neither be under- nor over-sized.
SET CLEAR OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTATIONS
Once the requirements of the project are clearly understood and the energy audit has been concluded the following is discussed: Bill reduction expectation Back-up power expectation Project costing expectation Project urgency
DESIGN, DISCUSS, DECIDE
MatSolo will design and present a digital render of the project with a cost estimate and projected savings. Both designers are members of AREP (Association of Renewable Energy Practitioners), Level 2. The customer has time to peruse the proposal and a meeting will be set up to discuss any queries.
Once a design has been finalized, MatSolo will source and supply all hardware and accessories necessary. Our dedicated installation team will be on site during a period that suits you to ensure that your system is up and running on time.
COMMISSION, TRAIN AND MONITOR
On commissioning, all login details will be provided, and a run-down of the system to the necessary people will be done. We check in regularly on the system's online platform to ensure that all is running smoothly. We are always on hand to help with any queries.
